| 摘 要： | 黄河三角洲明初移民问题"不见诸史,惟详谱牒"。2004年惠民出土的《吴铭墓志铭》载,吴铭的高祖吴均让是由棣州城东避元季乱,移侨他省,后归郡西青阳店庵里吴村的复业流民。明太祖朱元璋曾在洪武五年下诏书说:"流民复业,不以旧田为限。"吴均让正是因了朝廷的这一政策回到本州城西定居的。他既属朝廷所说的"流民复业"又兼具移民性质。流民复业是明初朝廷"招诱"、"招抚"政策主导下,无籍无业流民自愿的回归行动,流民回归原籍也带动了移民工作,这对当时稳定社会、恢复经济、发展生产都具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The matter of migrants in early Ming Dynasty in Yellow River Delta can not be found in other historical records except family archives.Wu Ming Epitaph was unearthed in 2004 in Hui Min County,which says Wu Ming's great-great-grand father,WU Jun-rang,emigrated to other provinces to avoid the chaos in Dizhou City,and later belonged to the vagrants of re-establishment of Wu village.Zhu Yuan-zhang in Hongwu 5th year said,"The vagrants of re-establishment are not subject to the former fields."Therefore,WU Jun-rang returned to settle in the west of Dizhou City.He had the nature of both re-establishment of vagrants and the migrants.That is the reason why vagrants and migrants were mixed together.The re-establishment is the returning of homeless and unemployed vagrants influenced by the Ming Dynasty's policy of pacification.The returning to hometown of vagrants contributes to successful migration and is of great significance for social stability,economic recovery and promoting the production. |
