| 摘 要： | 基于社会资本理论中的桥观点和结点观点,运用理论演绎方法,探讨了新企业生成过程中社会资本从何而来、以及创业者社会资本如何向企业社会资本转化的问题。研究发现,创业者社会资本是企业社会资本的最初来源;企业制度化和创业者能动性是新企业社会资本转化路径的重要影响因素,并据此将转化路径分为高效型、低效型、维持型和流失型四种类型。

| Abstract: | Based on bridging view and bonding view,this paper focuses on the research questions of the source and the transform paths of social capital by theoretical deductive method.It shows that entrepreneur social capital is the original source of corporate social capital,and with the two dimensions of institution and entrepreneurial motivation,there are four kinds of transformation paths of social capital: high-performance,ineffectiveness,maintenance and outflow. |
