先进电子材料领域“卡脖子”技术的研判与对策分析

摘    要:以"十三五"国家重点研发计划战略性先进电子材料重点专项实施方案与绩效评价为基础,根据"卡脖子"技术的基本属性,总结分析"卡脖子"技术的研判方法,梳理和分析第三代半导体材料、新型显示、大功率激光材料与器件、高端光电子与微电子材料等四个方向存在的"卡脖子"技术典型案例,并初步探讨"十四五"期间破解先进电子材料领域"卡脖子"技术的对策.

Abstract:Advanced electronic materials are the core materials of information technology, intelligent manufacturing, aerospace, energy, biology and life and other fields, and are the strategic cornerstones to meet the national innovation-driven development strategy needs and seize the commanding heights of industrial development. This article is based on the key special implementation plan and performance evaluation of the strategic advanced electronic materials in the "13th Five-Year" national key research and development plan. According to the basic attributes of the " Containment " technique, the research and judgment method of the " Containment " technique is summarized and analyzed. The typical cases of " Containment " technology in the four aspects of third-generation semiconductor materials, new displays, high-power laser materials and devices, and high-end optoelectronics and microelectronics materials have been sorted out and analyzed. And the countermeasures to crack the " Containment " technology in the field of advanced electronic materials during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period were initially discussed.
