| 摘 要： | 产品责任法是保护消费者合法权益、规范商品生产者和经营者行为、促使企业改进技术和提高产品质量的重要法律部门.一部具有国际化水平的产品责任法将是我国市场经济与国际接轨的重要保证.本文从我国产品责任立法现状入手,探讨了应从产品责任的主体范围、产品范围、损害赔偿的范围几方面对我国产品责任立法进行完善.
