| 摘 要： | 西部作为世界屋脊的特殊地势使其成为亚洲众河之源，从而孕育了西部独具而丰富的自然资源与人文资源；也由此凸显西部的资源优势。而此自然与人文资源的优势决定了西部开发必定是富于西部特色的、以自然与人文资源可持续利用、发展为目的的绿色开发。绿色开发的理念决定了西部职业教育发展中所具有绿色产业教育与人文产业教育的内涵。

| Abstract: | In the western part of China, there are many fountainheads of Asian rivers because of its special hypsography as the world fastigium.It gestates the western, special and abundant natural and human resources .Thus, these resources dominate the western advantages. These abundant resources decide that the western development must be full of its characteristics and environment friendly. The concept of green development determines the contents that the western vocational education is provided with green industry and human industry. |
