| 摘 要： | 高职院校教师业务档案信息化建设十分必要。在遵照一定的总体设计思路前提下，教师业务档案信息化建设的主要内容应包括：建设科学合理的数据采集平台、功能完善的数据应用模块、友好高效的信息交流平台、完善的系统安全策略和合理的权限分配以及完善的配套管理制度。

| Abstract: | The information construction of teachers' professional files in vocational colleges is quite necessary.On the condition of following certain designing idea,we may make such construction,which mainly includes the construction of scientific and reasonable data collection platform,data application modules with perfect functions,friendly and efficient information exchange platform,a system with perfect safeguarding strategy,rational rights allotment,and excellent supporting managing regulations. |
