摘    要:农村教师是农村教育质量保障的关键。当前,我国农村教师不稳定是制约农村教育发展的“瓶颈”。随着农村教育管理体制和教育经费投入体制的完善、免费师范生制度的实施等,我国已从“制度”层面为农村师资的稳定提供了保障。但是,我们认为仅靠政府“制度性”的规定还不够,还需要加强农村教师培养制度、教师教育课程的改革,开展“农村知识”教育或课程学习,提高农村教师的“农村”情感;农村教师教育课程应该具有“农村”特色与“务农”意识。
