终身体育教育与“三自主教学”模式的思考

摘    要:"三自主教学"模式是新时期高校体育课改革的一个重要方面,它对树立新的课程观念,调整教学关系,充分发挥学生的主体作用,并以技能为载体,以兴趣为核心,以培育终身锻炼为目标,适应终身化、健康化、个性化的教学改革指导思想,营造高校体育教学中生动、活泼、主动的学习氛围和特点的课程体系,对高校体育中的"三自主教学"改革和全面推进素质教育将起到积极的促进作用。

Abstract:The"three-autonomy" approach constitutes a significant aspect in college physical education reform at present.It establishes a new curricular concept that promotes the coordination in the teaching-learning relationship with an emphasis on students'autonomy.Meanwhile,it advocates the teaching innovation based on skills,is centered upon learner interests and is targeted at lifelong,healthy and individualized sport.Construction of a lively atmosphere with learner initiatives and a corresponding curricular system will very positively facilitate the "three-autonomy" reform and the boosting of quality education.
