| Abstract: | Citizen learning under the development of IT is essentially different from the traditional socialized learning in the aspects of learning characteristics and support services,specifically in the universalization of learning sense,the duration of learning behavior and the diversification of learning motivation.Accordingly,the building of support services also presents the trend of socialization,digitalization,diversifation,and so on.The changes above provide a useful reference on the building of citizen learning systems under the development of information technologies. |
