摘    要:学分制"以人为本"的教育理念及其教学管理体系在成人高等教育领域的推广与应用产生了较好的耦合效应,并呈现出一定的特殊性。这种特殊性主要体现在成人高等教育课程、选课、教师(导师)及学制等方面。认知这一特殊性并推动其实现,将有助于深化和发展成人高等教育学分制,提高人才培养质量,并由此推进成人高等教育持续发展,为终身教育体系建构和学习型社会建设做好基础工作。

Abstract:It produced better coupling effect that "people-oriented" philosophy of education and teaching management system is popularized and applicated in the credit system of adult higher education,which shows a certain degree of particularities.The particularities reflected primarily in the adult higher education curriculum,course selection,teacher(tutor) and schooling,and so on.It will also contribute to the deepening and development of credit system in adult higher education and improving the quality of personnel training to cognitive the particularities and promote its implementation.At the same time,the sustainable development of adult higher education is promoted,and the construction of life-long education system and a learning society will be realized.
