| 摘 要： | 农村社区教育应针对当地民众的需求和利益,尊重农村的现状和农民的特点,从农业生产、农民增收、社会经济发展的大格局、大背景中去把握定位.教育策略是影响农村社区教育发展的重要因素.通过服务联络、资源铺垫、内容吸引、方式驱动、师资联盟、成果推进等一系列农村特色教育策略的研究与实施,推动农村社区教育发展.

| Abstract: | Community education should aim at satisfying the profit and demand of local farmers,and taking the current situation and features of farmers into consideration.The position of community education should be identified in accordance with the development of economic.Education strategy is an important factor in the development of the rural community education.In order to encourage the development of community education in countries,to explore the strategies,we should relate the aim to the connection of service,preparation of sources,the attractiveness of content,the advantages of teaching methods,the unionization of teachers and the encouragement of achievements. |
