| Abstract: | The trend of internationalization in current foreign teacher management is becoming more and more outstanding in technical colleges. This article tries to analyze and demonstrate relative resolutions and practices centering on the three basic steps of employment, regular management, and demission of foreign teachers, thus supplying constructive suggestions and support for the better foreign teacher management in technical colleges. |
