| 摘 要： | 决定跨国公司资源配置当地化水平的主要因素有跨国公司本身的需求特性、所在区域的供给特性及跨国公司的公司特性。从需求特性看，跨国公司的产品技术含量及标准化程度低、采用小批量生产方法、小的工厂规模及跨国公司在当地较长的存续期限会提高其资源配置当地化水平。从所在区域供给特性看，产业结构的相似性、区域范围大小及区域经济的整体水平和区域内企业的竞争力会对跨国公司的资源配置当地化水平产生影响。公司特性中跨国公司的资源配置战略是影响跨国公司资源配置当地化水平的主要因素，同一跨国公司体系内分支机构的地理分布状况也有影响，而母公司国籍因素的影响作用则较小。当地政府应从利用当地资源和提高当地企业的竞争力等方面制定政策，提高区域内跨国公司资源配置的当地化水平。

| Abstract: | The main factors deciding MNC's regional sourcing are the MNC's demand characteristics,the supply characteristics of its operating location and the MNC's corporate characteristics.As for the MNC's demand characteristics,low level of technological complexity and standardization of MNC's products,small-batch production method and small size of the plant will display a higher level of regional sourcing.As for the region's supply characteristics,the proximity of industrial structures,the size and the economic power of the region and the competitiveness of the suppliers in the region will influence the level of regional sourcing.In the aspect of corporate characteristics,the MNC's sourcing strategy is the main determinant of the level of regional sourcing,while the geographic distribution of its branches also plays a role.But the nationality of the MNC has a week influence.In order to make use of the resources in the region and make the enterprises of the region more competitive,the local government should strive to raise the level of MNC's regional sourcing. |
