| 摘 要： | 舆论监督是权利 ,不是权力 ,但它和司法独立一样都是受宪法保护的。二者的目标统一于社会公正。司法不能封闭 ,新闻自由不能滥用 ,二者应该明确各自的行为方式。论文最后探讨了新闻媒介报道和监督司法的五个要点
