| 摘 要： | 民办高校有机制灵活、特色鲜明、就业面宽的发展优势,这些优势体现在领导班子有全局意识,教学管理有质量意识,办学思路有品牌意识,提高竞争力有"流程再造"意识,学校文化有群体共识。要提高民办高校核心竞争力,必须树立正确的办学理念,建设高素质教学管理队伍,培育独特的校园文化,创建学校教育品牌,形成生态位发展模式。

| Abstract: | Private universities possess these development advantages： flexible mechamsm, instruct Ieatures, and wide adaptability etc. These advantages are embodied in the global consciousness of the leaders, quality awareness in teaching management, brand awareness in educational ideas, ＂process reengineering＂ awareness in improving competitiveness, and group consciousness in university culture. In order to improve the core competence of private universities, we should set up the advanced schooling philosophy, construct the team of education management with high quality, cultivate distinct campus culture, create the school education brand, and form the development model with ecological niche. |
