高等烹饪专业留学生教育对策研究

摘    要:烹饪留学生教育是中国高等教育国际交流合作的一个重要组成部分。目前高等烹饪留学生教育领域还存在着一些问题,解决这些问题及进一步推动烹饪留学生教育事业,能扩大来华高等烹饪专业留学生规模,并向全世界推广传播中国饮食文化,提升中国文化"软实力"。

Research on Strategies for Education of Overseas College Students of Cuisine Program

Abstract:Education of overseas college students of cuisine program is a key part of international exchanges and cooperation in higher education in China. The present education of overseas college students of Cuisine Program is still confronted with some problems. The solution to these problems and further promotion of education of overseas college students of cuisine program call for expansion of enrollment of overseas college students of cuisine program in China, dissemination of Chinese catering culture across the world and improvement of Chinese cultural soft power.
