口译记忆中的关联机制及其对口译教学的启示

摘    要:关联机制在口译记忆中起到信息选择的作用,决定了口译过程中瞬时记忆的关注点、短时记忆的内容以及工作记忆的处理对象和方式。对口译中源语听解和译语输出这两个阶段的分析揭示了口译员的认知语境与关联选择之间呈正比关系。因此,建议口译教学中在充实认知语境、增加长时记忆信息量的基础上,强化听辨推理训练。

Abstract:The Principle of Cognitive Relevance acts as a filter for the information in interpreting memory.This principle decides the focus of sensory memory, the content of short-term memory and the processing ways and objectives of working memory in the course of interpreting.From the analysis of the two phases :understanding the source language and interpreting in the target language, this paper reveals a positive correlation between cognitive contexts of interpreters and relevance mechanism.This demands that, during the interpreting teaching, the training of listening, distinguishing and inference should be strengthened on the basis of enriching cognitive contexts and increasing the amount of information of long-term memory.
