高空大悬挑砼构件模板承重架施工技术

摘    要:以北海穗丰金湾小区1#楼为例,针对85m相对悬空高度、3.8m大悬挑砼圆形构件施工过程中模板及支撑系统的设计和施工,介绍高空大悬挑砼构件模板与支撑系统的施工方案。该支模承重体系主要利用下部结构为剪力墙的受力支撑点搭设出一个钢桁架承重平台,以此来支撑上部结构施工过程中的荷载。该体系具有较高的安全性和较强的可操作性,设计思路可供建筑工程技术人员参考和借鉴。

Construction Technology of High-rise Large Cantilever Concrete Member Template Load-bearing Frame

Abstract:Taking No.1 building in Beihai Suifengjinwan uptown for example and aiming at the design and construction of template and support system in the construction of 3.8m large cantilever concrete round member (relative height 85m), the article introduces the construction program for high-rise large cantilever concrete member template and support system, in which the bottom structure is used for stress supporting point of the shear wall to construct a steel truss bearing platform supporting the load caused in the construction of the top structure. The system is highly secure and strongly maneuverable. Its design thinking can serve as reference for the construction engineering technicians.
