| 摘 要： | 以人为本,体现个性化、人性化是高校素质教育的目标。财经政法院校所实施的素质教育应该紧扣专业特点,体现专业思想、精神及其要求,以规则意识与权利意识的培育为切入点,通过更新观念和提高制度设计意识、强化教育教学的主渠道作用以及开拓多种形式的课外实践等途径,强化财经政法类大学生的权利意识和规则意识的培育。

| Abstract: | It is the aim of competence education at institutions of higher learning to focus on students and meet their individualized needs. The universities and colleges of finance, economy, politics and law are aimed at cultivating qualified talents with solid foundation of knowledge about economy and law. At the same lime, it is also of necessity to adopt the basic principles and way of thinking concerning economics and law science to make competence education relevant to the features of the specialties. Starting with the cultivation of students' .senses of rules and legitimate rights, the function of main channels of competence education must be brought into full play and different extracurricular activities must be strengthened for helping students renew their ideas and sense of system design. |
