| 摘 要： | 2004年1月出版的《普通话水平测试实施纲要》是1994年出版发行的《普通话水平测试大纲》的修订版。为更好地指导普通话水平测试工作，此次修订强化了规范意识、服务意识，使修订后的《普通话水平测试实施纲要》体现出更强的科学性和可操作性。
