摘    要:定向运动课不仅可以锻炼学生的身体,还可以增进熟读地图和地理的知识,启发智力,培养独立思考、快速反应、果断处事能力,对个性发展、心理健康和终身锻炼等都将产生全面积极的影响。通过调查高校开展定向运动对学生的综合素质有较大的提高。

Abstract:Orientation movement at university can not only build up the college students' bodies,but also improve the ability of their reading map,discerning the useful geographical symbols,thus making the resolute decision independently.Therefore,it will have profound and positive influence on college students' character development,psychological health as well as their lifelong exercise.Moreover,it has been proved that thanks to the orientation movement,college students' comprehensive capabilities have been dramatically improved.
