| 摘 要： | "博客"的繁荣改变了互联网上的话语结构和知识水平,从总体上提高了互联网上信息和知识的价值含量。"博客"的繁荣又几乎使每一个网民都成了作家,而不论文化位阶高低。但与此同时,"博客著作权侵权纠纷"也纷沓而至,因此,有关博客的著作权及其保护成为法律所必须面对和解决的问题。而2006年7月1日起正式实施的《信息网络传播权保护条例》将为此提供一些有效的信息和启迪。
