| 摘 要： | 对我国区域创新绩效的变化及其原因进行了分析。分析结果表明，大部分省份的创新绩效在多数年份是改进的。各省市平均创新绩效的提高主要受惠于平均技术效率的提高，而这又主要源于纯技术效率的改进。东部创新绩效以及创新活动的技术效率高于中西部，但由于存在“追赶效应”，差距在缩小。

| Abstract: | This paper apply Malmquist index to analyze the dynamic change and causes of region innovation performance in china in recent years. The main conclusions are as follows: The innovation performance of most provinces and mean level of state are improved,but mean of innovation performance declines and it is caused by sharply drop of innovation performance in 2000. The increases of the mean innovation performances of provinces are caused by the improvements of mean technical efficiency which root in the increases of pure technical efficiency, and the decreases caused by the drops of mean technical processes that affected by the drop of technical process in 2000.The innovation performance and technical efficiency of innovative activities in East are higher than that in Midst and West, but because of the catch-up effect, the gaps deflate. |
