| 摘 要： | 中共中央、国务院发出的《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》,为新时期加强和改进大学生思想政治教育指明了方向。新形势下创新高校大学生思想政治教育,关键在于坚持以人为本。只有在弄清思想政治教育"以人为本"的科学内涵的基础上,才能在"以人为本"的理念下努力实现高校大学生思想政治教育观念、内容、方法的创新。
