| 摘 要： | 高等教育实行收费制度虽然在一定程度上缓解了教育产品的总供求矛盾,但单一定价的收费制度却导致不同层次的高等教育产品的供求矛盾日益突出.本文运用经济学的思维及方法分析高等教育实行差别定价的必要性,借助供给-需求模型对我国高等教育收费在价格管制(单一定价)和差别定价下福利效应的大小进行计量与比较,从理论上证明这种差别定价是社会福利增进的过程.

| Abstract: | Charge system alleviates the contradiction between total supply and total demand of higher education product in the certain degree, but single pricing system has caused prominent contradiction of different higher education products. Utilizing economic thought and method, this article analyses the necessity that higher education implements differential pricing, measures and compares the welfare effect size to our country higher education charge under price control and differential pricing with the aid of the supplies-demand model, theoretically proves that this kind of differential pricing is a process which promotes social welfare. |
