| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪以来,我国青少年犯罪出现了一些新特点,其成因十分复杂。总的来说,客观方面可分为家庭、学校、社会三个因素,主观方面则有人生观错误、价值观扭曲等因素。因此,家庭、学校、社会、青少年自身都应行动起来,积极预防青少年犯罪的发生和蔓延。值得一提的是,预防大学生犯罪也是一项长期艰巨的任务,高校在这方面应有所作为。

| Abstract: | Since the 21st century,China juvenile crimes have had some new characteristics,whose causes are complex.Comprehensively,objective factors come from home,school and society,subjective factors from wrong life theory and value theory.Therefore,the home,school,society and juveniles all must make efforts to prevent the appearance and extension of juvenile crimes.Prevention of college student crimes is a long and hard work,universities and colleges should do some real work. |
