| 摘 要： | 供给侧改革要求加强职业教育人才培养与企业需求的匹配度,明确劳动力市场对物流人才的需求可以为物流高职教育改革提供重要参考。通过分析30243条网络招聘信息挖掘社会对物流技能人才的需求,利用TF-IDF算法、LDA主题分类模型对招聘信息进行主题聚类和分析,发现企业对物流人才技能的需求类型主要为物流基础技能和国际物流技能;社会对技能人才要求最高的是国际物流技能,而高职院校在课程设置上以物流基础技能课程为主,国际物流技能课程量较少,能力素质课程更是严重不足。

| Abstract: | The supply-side reform requires strengthening the matching between vocational education personnel training and enterprise demand, and clarifying the demand for logistics talents in the labor market can provide an important reference for the reform of logistics higher vocational education. This study analyzes 30243 online recruitment information to mine the demand for logistics skills talents;uses TF-IDF algorithm and LDA topic classification model to cluster and analyze the recruitment information, and finds the skills demand of logistics talents cultivated by higher vocational colleges. The types are mainly logistics basic skills and international logistics skills. The results show that the highest demand for skilled personnel in society is international logistics skills, while higher vocational colleges mainly focus on logistics basic skills courses, and the number of international logistics skills courses is small, and the competency courses are seriously inadequate. Based on this, this study puts forward relevant suggestions from the supply side logistics professional teaching staff and logistics professional high vocational students to improve the matching degree between logistics higher vocational education and social needs. |
