| 摘 要： | 基于产业园区的高职院校产教融合个案调查,分析产教融合实践现状和困境,探究其深层次的原因,提出借助政府的支持力量以推动园区产教融合的可持续发展、健全园区管理运行机制以促进园区产教深度合作、建立双导师制以提升园区导师教学能力、打造园区交流平台以服务职业意识教育的建议,深化以产业园区为载体实施产教融合。

| Abstract: | Based on the case study of industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges based on the industrial park,this paper analyzes the current situation and difficulties of industry-education integration practice,explores the deep-seated reasons,and puts forward that with the support of the government,the sustainable development of industry-education integration in the park can be promoted,the management and operation mechanism of the park can be improved to promote the in-depth cooperation of industry-eduaiton in the park,the dual tutor system can be established to improve the tutor teaching ability in the park,and can be built communication platform between the parks to serve vocational education,in order to deepen the integration of industry and education with industrial park as the carrier. |
