| Abstract: | The main anticoagulants of Poecilobdella javanica are thrombin specific inhibitors. By using DE52, SephardexG50, Sepharose4B/thrombin affinity chromatography columns and rHPLC we isolated these proteins. MALDI-TOF-MS shows their respective molecular weight is 7528, 7446 and 7016. |
