| 摘 要： | 在机械行业中，许多产品都采用液压传动，而液压传动中，重要的执行部件就是液压油缸。液压油缸往往是采用钢筒进行滚压加工后制成。本文对液压油缸滚压加工的原理进行了分析；对精密钢筒滚压机理进行了研究；对精密钢筒滚压加工滚压力推导出计算公式。使滚压加工理论及滚压力的计算具有了可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | Many products manufactured in the machinery industry take the hydraulic - pressure transmission model . And the most important part in the hydraulic - pressure transmission system is the hydraulic - pressure oil urn , which is processed the oil urn with the reeled force from the steel canister . The theory of processing for the oil urn is studied carefully in this paper . And at the same time , the author has made a thoroughly analysis of the reeled processing mechanism of the precise steel canister . The calculating formulations about how to calculate the reeled force are also given in this paper,too . The research made in this paper provided us reliable evidences about the theory of the reeled processing and the calculation of the reeled force . |
