| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的核心和本质是以人为本,以人为本最主要的就是以民为本。邓小平理论是以民为本的理论。邓小平民本思想的"人民性"体现在他的决策中,贯穿于群众路线、社会主义本质、改革开放得失成败的标准、人民群众民主权利以及尊重人民群众首创精神的各个方面。邓小平民本思想的"人民性"是邓小平理论的显著特征。

| Abstract: | The essence of the view "development motivated by science" is "people-oriented". Deng Xiaoping's thoughts are based on people with "humanism" being the core which is contained in all his strategies and principles from "the mass line" to "respecting people's creativity". So "humanism" is the obvious characteristic of Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thoughts. |
