| Abstract: | At present, there exists the management contradiction between departments and regions. Some suggestions are put forward: enhancing the coordination between organization of water basin and local government, establishing the market system of water resource distribution, promoting the integrated development of valley economy and optimizing the management function, so as to establish effective coordination mechanism of water resource management. |
