| 摘 要： | 基于就业导向和创新型国家建设的高职教育必须处理好“上手快”与“后劲足”的关系，其实质是关于人才的就业竞争力和可持续发展力的价值取向问题。要立足当前并放眼长远，实现“学历本位”-“经历本位”-“发展本位”的转变。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education based on career orientation and innovative construction of the society should pay much attention to the relationship between quick set-up of new disciplines and their sustainable development, which indirectly shows the conflicts of fierce jog-finding competitiveness and healthy sustainable development of the vocational colleges whose focus should be directed from diploma orientation to development orientation. |
