| 摘 要： | 乡风文明建设是社会主义新农村发展背景下的农村精神文明建设,其主体是农民,客体是体现时代特征的先进村庄文化,内容包括正确的道德观念、良好的精神面貌、较高的文化素养、健康的生活风尚等。乡风文明建设必须坚持以社会主义核心价值体系为价值导向和行为指南。乡风文明是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容和有效途径。乡风文明建设必须立足于农村实际,真情投入,坚持以经济发展为后盾、切实维护农民的利益。

| Abstract: | Rural custom civilization is the development of a new socialist countryside in the context of rural spiritual civilization.The main body is the farmers;object is characteristic of the times advanced village culture,including the whole of moral philosophy,a good mental outlook,higher literacy,healthy lifestyle and so on.Rural custom civilization must adhere to the socialist core value system of value-oriented and behavior guidelines,it is an important part of building a new socialist countryside.Rural custom civilization must be based on rural realities,we must put the truth,persist in taking economic development as the backing to achieve a good safeguard the vital interests of farmers. |
