| Abstract: | With the expansion of international exchanges of higher education,foreign teachers play an increasingly important role in it.In this article,a subjective analysis based on practical experience about the major problems,the newly established higher vocational colleges confront in the employment and management of foreign teachers,is conducted with an emphasis on the strategies of the employment and management of foreign teachers. |
