| 摘 要： | 江苏省作为出口大省,遭遇的贸易摩擦日趋频繁,建立和完善出口预警体系意义重大。目前存在的主要问题是各机构之间缺乏有效的联系,造成预警资源的浪费;预警层次低;预警信息随意性强;缺乏预警效果的改良和预警体系的评价机制。完善出口预警体系,应该整合资源,构建综合性预警平台,加强科学研究,建立预警评估机制和改良机制等。

| Abstract: | As a major export province,Jiangsu has encountered increasing trade frictions,which makes the establishment and improvement of an early warning system of export extremely significant.Based on the analysis of current problems in the early warning system of export,this paper puts forward some solutions to integrate resources,build up comprehensive warning platforms and improve assessment mechanism of early warning system.However,many problems are hindering the development of the system,including the waste of related resources,causing by the inefficient communications among organizations and agencies,low level of function,randomness of warning information,no improvement on the system and lack of evaluation mechanism.To enhance the early warning system,we should integrate different resources to build a comprehensive platform strengthened by scientific and technological methods,as well as build evaluation and improvement mechanisms. |
