| Abstract: | In light of the basal formulations' shortcomings inducing low softening point and bad flow characteristic. At factors; resin, paraffin and politicizes, and determined four levels using orthogonal test to optimize guide-post coatings' formulation. Then in light of the problem of brittlessness and the lost of raw material, the author had several orthogonal tests. In the end, a high quality, low cost optimization formulation was obtained. |
