| 摘 要： | 中国20多年来以市场化为取向的经济体制改革, 促进了经济的高速发展, 同时市场失灵现象也日益凸现, 经济与社会发展矛盾冲突加剧。建设和谐社会, 必须重视对市场失灵的矫正。加速政府管理职能的转变, 强化政府公共管理, 培育与发展第三部门是解决问题的关键。

| Abstract: | China's 20 year's market-orientated economic reform has accelerated rapid economic development.During this period,the phenomenon of market failure has been increasingly prevailing and the contradiction between economy and society has been deepening.Importance should be attached to the rectification of market failure for the construction of a harmonious society.It's also critical to solve the problems so that we can enhance the government's management function,strengthen the government public administration and develop the third departments. |
