中小企业物流营销的困境与建议

摘    要:随着经济全球化和一体化的发展,企业对产品、原材料的需求量剧增,另一方面,虚拟企业伴随电子商务的发展而茁壮成长,这一切都需要更强大的物流系统支撑。但是,中小企业物流营销或多或少地都存在一些问题,使得物流管理效率不高,严重影响客户满意度。本文以日通物流公司为例,围绕日通公司目前第三方物流营销的现状及第三方物流营销管理中存在的问题,开展论述,并提出相应的发展建议,以期对我国中小企业物流营销的发展有所帮助。

Abstract:With the development of economic globalization and integration,demand for products and raw materials continue to increase. In the mean while,virtual enterprise develops well along with the development of electronic commerce. All of these need more powerful support by logistics system. However,there are some problems in the small and medium- sized logistics enterprise marketing,which leads to the low efficiency of logistics management and the unsatisfaction of customer. This paper,taking Nippon Express for example,makes analysis about the present situation of the third party marketing and problems in the third party marketing management. Some suggestions,are put forward in order to have helpful impact on small and medium- sized enterprise logistics marketing in China.
