| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的发展，高校的办学规模也在逐渐扩大，在节约型社会的提出和高校后勤社会化改革发展的背景下，如何建立节约型高校后勤管理机制，优化资源配置、提升服务质量、促进高校和谐发展是我们必须认真思考的问题。本文分析了节约型高校后勤管理机制的内部因素和外部因素，比较了国内外高校关于后勤管理的区别，提出了节约型高校后勤管理机制的创新。

| Abstract: | With the fast development of China＇s economy, the size of colleges is also gradually expanding. In the context of proposed conservation - oriented society and the university logistics socialization reform and development, how to build a conservation -oriented university logistics management mechanisms, optimize the allocation of resources, improve service quality, and promote the harmonious development of colleges and universities is what we have to seriously think about. This paper analyzes the internal and external factors conserving university logistics management system, compares the differences between domestic and foreign universities on logistics management, and proposes innovative logistics management mechanism. |
