| 摘 要： | 实践性是法学的生命所在，离开了实践的法学教育是残缺的，也不是真正的法学教育。法学实践教育的开展伴随着法学的发展历程，但是自我国的法学教育也开始扩招，法学的实践教育很大程度上就走向了形式化。一方面的原因是社会没有足够的吸收能力来消化这些需要实践的法科学生，另一方面，法学实践教学的重要性也在被忽视，出现了疏于管理、缺乏监督的局面，这在很大程度上造成了毕业的法科学生实践能力的缺陷，引起了社会各界的关注。法学实践教学需要新的探索，法学院校也进行了各种尝试，但是在较长一段时间里依靠校外实践教学基地的模式将不会改变，我们需要的可能是建立一种新型的合作关系而不是取代它。

| Abstract: | he practice teaching of law develop along with law, but the expansion of legal education cause forrealization to practice teaching of law. On the one hand is the society does not absorp the need of law students, on the other hand, the importance of practice teaching of lawhas ignored, lack of management and supervision, in the very great degree, which result in the defects to law students＇s practical apability . The practice teaching of law needs new exploration, but in the longer period of time , what we can do is depending on the out of school practice teaching base, What really needs to change is building a new partnership rather than replace it. |
