| 摘 要： | 针对使用公司对单缸柴油机机体轴承压装机提出的柔性化、高生产效率和低劳动强度的要求,以及人工安放轴承存在高安生隐患的问题,设计二台结构互为镜像的机体数控轴承压装机。该机床采用数控滑台作为工作台,设计轴承自动推送定位机构,以PLC为控制核心,实现轴承压装过程中工件夹紧、轴承安放、轴承压装、工件松夹自动化,使用效果好,为企业解决了瓶颈工序的生产设备问题。

| Abstract: | In light of the enterprisesj requirements for flexibility, high productivity, and low labor intensity on the part of single-cylinder diesel engine block in bearing press mounting machine, along with high security risks in manually placing bearings, the article designs two NC bearing press mounting machines with a mirror image on either side. The machine tool uses NC slide platform as a workbench to design a locating device for automatically pushing bearings.
