| 摘 要： | 职业能力是高职学生应获取的一种重要能力,它对有效地促进学生从业、生存、发展、创新和可持续发展等具有现实意义。培养高职院校学生的职业能力,可以采取目标策略、系统策略、渗透策略、评价策略,并通过优化课程体系、激发学生学习兴趣、加强实训基地建设、开展社会实践活动、采取灵活多样的教学方法、实施技术技能相结合的考评办法和革新教学管理等途径来培养。
