高校教学督导工作的“宜”与“不宜”

摘    要:面对新形势新要求,高校教学督导工作应把握“六宜”“六不宜”:在体系构建上宜“综”不宜“单”;在队伍建设上宜“专”不宜“兼”;在职能定位上宜“实”不宜“虚”;在督导内容上宜“广”不宜“狭”;在督导方式上宜“疏”不宜“堵”;在信息处理上宜“快”不宜“拖”。

Abstract:As required by a new situation,university teaching supervision should be performed with six do's and don'ts,namely,have an integrated system and don't make it unilateral;appoint specific supervisors and don't make supervision a secondary responsibility;fully empower supervisors and don't leave their job superficial;define a broad range of supervision and don't narrow it down;provide guidance and don't block the channels of communication;and process information fast and don't procrastinate.
