| Abstract: | As required by a new situation,university teaching supervision should be performed with six do's and don'ts,namely,have an integrated system and don't make it unilateral;appoint specific supervisors and don't make supervision a secondary responsibility;fully empower supervisors and don't leave their job superficial;define a broad range of supervision and don't narrow it down;provide guidance and don't block the channels of communication;and process information fast and don't procrastinate. |
