| 摘 要： | 教学活动是大学教师科研的基础和原动力,有助于教师理清思路,使知识系统化,教学相长能增强大学教师的科研活力。科研活动是提高大学教学质量的重要保证,它能提高教师的教学效果和教学能力,有利于高素质人才的培养。本文剖析了高等教育中教学与科研之间相辅相成、相互促进的逻辑关系,并就我国高校教师管理制度改革提出了自身的看法。

| Abstract: | Teaching activity is foundation and motive power of academic's scientific research,helps to gather teachers` thoughts together,the systematize knowledge,what men learn while they teach can strengthen the academic's scientific research vigor. The scientific research activity improves the important insurance of the teaching quality of the university;it can improve the teacher's teaching result and teaching ability,help to train high-quality talents. This essay has analyzed logic relation between teaching and the scientific research in higher education,put forward author's own view on the reform of academic management system of our country. |
