| 摘 要： | “走出去”是未来5-10年我国对外开放战略的一项重要举措。目的在于充分利用“两种资源,两个市场”,努力拓宽我国产品、资金、技术在国际市场上的竞争领域,使原本单一的“引进来”变成“引进来”与“走出去”并重的战略格局。
