"编辑学者化"还是编辑"编绩"论

摘    要:“编辑学者化”已成为编辑界特别是高校学报编辑界的主流口号,影响甚大;但这一口号,存在混淆概念、逻辑关系不严谨、极易歧解的毛病。从实际工作考察,它不利于引导社会准确、客观、科学地评定编辑工作的业绩。为了编辑出版事业的健康发展,有必要对这一口号重新审视。建议建立以“编绩”为核心的编辑工作评价体系并出台对编辑的奖励政策。

Abstract:The slogan,"Scholarization of Editors", has been prevailing in the editorial circles, especially among the editors of journals of universities and collegies for nearly 20 years since 1980s. But,according to the viewpoint of this paper, the slogan confuses the concepts of editors and scholars,and is consequently easy to be misunderstand. If is not accurate, objective and scientific to assess the editors' achievements by using the requirements for the scholars. Therefore, for the purpose of the healthy development of the editing work and the publishing business, the authors suggest establishing an editing assessment system based on the "editors' achievements".
