| 摘 要： | 以＂手指口述＂安全确认管理法是源自日本的煤矿安全生产管理,目前被我国煤炭企业广泛应用并有所发展。以＂手指口述＂为核心的＂一岗双述＂和＂一岗四述＂安全工作法,可以有效地改变传统安全教育培训中存在的问题,可以迅速提高员工的安全意识、安全知识、安全能力,可以系统有效地预防人的不安全行为所造成的安全生产事故,在煤炭行业将成为安全教育培训发展的新趋势。
