摘    要:培养终身学习能力是世界各国教育改革的共同目标。基于网络的快速学习是网络时代学习能力的重要体现,因其具有偶然性、零碎性、非系统性等特征,给学习者带来了新的挑战。面对庞大的网络知识库,学习者面临学什么、如何学和如何内化知识等问题。提问是积极学习的开端,批判性思考是高质量提问的重要前提;自主探究是学习的深入,娴熟的信息技术能力是深层次探究的重要保障;知识加工是实现知识内化和迁移的必由之路,可视化认知工具是促进深层次知识加工的有效手段。因此,"批判性提问-探究性求解-可视化内化"是网络时代快速学习的有效模型,可促进知识的发现、贯通和迁移。

Abstract:Cultivating the lifelong learning ability is a common goal of education reform in various countries. Rapid Learning is an important mode of learning in network era. Due to its characteristics of occasionality, fragmentedness and non-systematicness, this type of learning brings new challenges to learners. Confronting the huge online knowledge, learners get into trouble in considering questions such as what to learn, how to learn and how to internalize knowledge etc. Questioning is the beginning step of active learning, while critical thinking serves as an important prerequisite for high quality questions. Self-directed inquiry leads to in-depth learning, while skilled information technology is an important guarantee. Knowledge processing is necessary for knowledge internalization and migration, while visual cognitive tools can promote the deep processing of knowledge. Therefore, "Critical Questioning, Inquiry Solving and Visual Internalization" is an effective rapid learning mode in network era, which can promote knowledge discovery, connection and migration.
