摘    要:由于中频无源电焊机机内发电机不能发出50Hz的工频交流电,所以在野外施工中不能利用焊机内的发电机给现场的检测仪器和泥浆泵等设备供电.如果给中频无源焊机配备50Hz工频逆变电源,将会使该设备具有更高的使用性和性能价格比.本文研制了中频无源焊机内置2KW工频逆变电源,并且很好的解决了抗干扰问题,提高了工频逆变电源工作的稳定性.

Abstract:Because the intermediate frequency passive electric welding machine cannot generate alternating current with the frequency of 50Hz,it cannot supply power to checking device and sluny pump in out door work.If the 50Hz contrary power is equipped to the intermediate frequency passive electric welding machine,the equipment will be higher in performance and low in cost.A technique of the development of a power frequency inverter with 2KW is equipped for the medium frequency passive welder is presented in this paper.Many interference problems are resolved,and this greatly enhances the stability of the work of the power frequency inverter.
